It’s Christmas time in 1843, and England is full of busy shoppers, brightly lit windows, the magic of laughter and the sound of singing. Somewhere on the street is a lonely girl trying to sell matches to earn money to help her family.
The orphanage in town is run by a wonderful couple that loves each child as if they were their own. Together they anticipate the birth of another child ... their own.
Reminiscent of Dickens, this story is adapted from one of the most popular fairy tales by Hans Christian Anderson.

Receiving a box of forgotten treasures is not unusual for Mary. As the owner of “Lost in Time,” people are always dropping off heirlooms and unusual items that they consider worthless. But now Mary receives a box that captures her thoughts. As she tries to uncover the mystery around it, she is swept into the past and reminded of lessons learned long ago.

River City’s folks have a chip-on-the-shoulder attitude until Harold Hill steps off the train with a glittering scam: to teach music to the town’s children—but he didn’t plan on meeting Marion, the librarian. Surprising himself and everyone else, Hill showers the town with openhearted possibility, and love makes River City the end of the line for him.
